Overview

In this role you act as a trusted advisor within consulting engagements, shaping feasible solution options and high-value designs that align with SimCorp One and Compass methodologies. You will influence architectural decisions, support scalable custom implementations, and elevate consulting practices across a global team. You collaborate with product, value streams, and sales to ensure domain integrity and consistency. This is a global, hands-on architect role with travel, mentoring, and knowledge sharing at its core, offering a meaningful impact on client delivery and practice maturity.

Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the global consulting practice for the Data Management domain, including artifacts and standards
  • Lead or support scoping and advisory activities for complex client engagements
  • Define and validate custom architecture and design in strategic projects
  • Ensure build quality and ongoing design assurance for custom solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engagement Leads, Product Management and Value Streams
  • Disseminate domain knowledge and best practices; enable consultant capability
  • Mentor and develop solutioning talent; drive cross-domain architecture discussions
  • Represent domain in solution direction discussions and client interactions
Key requirements
  • 7+ years of proven experience designing and implementing SimCorp Dimension solutions
  • Deep business knowledge within the Data Management domain; experience with SimCorp Data Management Core and Data Management Service is a plus
  • Understanding of clients’ business processes and operating models
  • International experience and global mindset
  • Involvement in several SimCorp Dimension implementations from early project stages
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Proactivity, creativity, and commercial mindset with a global perspective
  • Proficiency in English
