Overview
As a Connectivity-focused CSE at WWT, you collaborate with sales and clients to design advanced networking solutions across Telecom, MSP, and Neocloud environments. You’ll blend deep technical expertise with business insight to address complex challenges, from traditional networks to cutting-edge technologies. You will shape go-to-market strategies, present solutions to diverse audiences, and mentor others. This role offers influence on strategic initiatives, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to innovative connectivity projects.

- Build strategic relationships with customers, partners, and OEMs and contribute to GTM and technical account plans
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and produce proposals, BOMs, and Scopes of Work
- Present and defend solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Stay ahead of industry trends, share insights internally, and mentor early-career professionals
- Advise on connectivity solutions across multiple domains and collaborate with engineering/architecture teams
- Understand WWT’s capabilities, including Advanced Technology Center, Integration Centers, and services portfolio
- 10+ years in technology with proven telecom industry expertise
- Strong knowledge of at least one major vendor (Cisco, Juniper, Arista) and specialization (SP, DC, Enterprise Networks)
- CCIE, JNCIE or equivalent knowledge
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting ability
- Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about driving transformation
- Engineering degree (or related)
- Fluent English
- Experience in creating pre-sales deliverables (BOMs, SLoe estimates, design docs, Scope of Work) and mentoring others
