Consumer Lending Branch Manager

Lead consumer lending operations at easyfinancial as a Branch Manager, using sales leadership and customer-focused financial expertise. This is a full-time role in Canada.

As Branch Manager, you will lead a small team while driving branch and portfolio goals. The role combines sales, customer service, portfolio health, scheduling, payroll, and financial product matching. You will support easyfinancial’s mission to expand access to credit through suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set branch objectives and lead teams toward portfolio goals
• Drive financial cross-sales and add-on product performance
• Schedule staff, administer timesheets, and manage payroll
• Deliver customer experiences in person, by phone, and email
• Maintain portfolio health and secure application information

Requirements:

• Leadership experience overseeing different functionalities, preferably in sales
• Experience training and managing a small team
• Excellent communication and results-oriented approach
• Computer proficiency and adaptability with new software
• Eligibility to work full-time in Canada without sponsorship
