Consumer Lending Branch Manager

Lead consumer lending operations with easyfinancial as a Branch Manager, applying sales leadership and customer-focused financial product guidance. This is a full-time role in Canada.

At goeasy’s easyfinancial, the Branch Manager sets branch and portfolio objectives while supporting access to credit. You will lead a small team, build customer sales experiences, and match customers with suitable financial products. The role combines sales performance, portfolio health, administration, and detailed application support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create branch and portfolio objectives for team performance
• Lead sales, financial cross-sales, and add-on products
• Plan schedules, timesheets, payroll, and administrative duties
• Welcome customers through in-person, phone, and email interactions
• Maintain portfolio health and complete customer applications

Requirements:

• Leadership experience overseeing different functionalities, preferably sales
• Experience training and managing a small team
• Excellent communication and results-oriented customer approach
• Computer savvy and adaptable to new software applications
• Eligibility to work full-time in Canada without sponsorship
