Contract and Compliance Attorney

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Post University Compliance & Contracts Attorney will serve as a legal advisor to institutional stakeholders (legal & regulatory team, faculty, and staff), with a focus on collaboration, as supervised by University Counsel. The Compliance & Contracts Attorney will assist the legal and compliance departments with providing advice on matters including contracts, Title IX and ADA, intellectual property, privacy matters, technology matters, other regulatory compliance, and student and employee matters. This position includes a significant amount of drafting, reviewing, revising and negotiating contracts and other business documents and policies to support in-person and online educational programs, in alignment with University operations, ensuring compliance with law and University policy.
