Contract Finance BA/QA (Dynamics 365 F&O)

In this contract role, you will bridge business and technical teams to drive finance transformation using Dynamics 365 F&O. You will own end-to-end testing, document core finance processes, and lead UAT across finance workstreams. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and delivery squads to clarify requirements and resolve issues, shaping how finance systems support business goals. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with impact on critical financial processes and project success.

• Elicit, validate, and document end-to-end finance processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
• Design, execute, and manage test plans, test cases, and end-to-end scenarios in D365 F&O
• Coordinate and guide finance stakeholders through UAT, capture defects, triage, and sign-off
• Serve as liaison between finance teams and technical delivery squads to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries

• Proven Finance BA or QA experience on large-scale D365 F&O implementations
• Deep knowledge of core finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Intercompany, Month-End Close
• Experience creating test strategies, test scripts, and using defect-tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Nice to have: experience in the energy/utilities sector
