Contract HR Advisor - Data-Driven People Support

Copello Global is seeking an HR Advisor on a contract basis near Southampton to support a busy people team. The role covers advisory and administrative HR activities, including data accuracy, reporting, and first-line guidance to managers and staff.

You will use strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint) to support people systems, processes and project work. The position requires on-site presence for at least two days per week and starts ASAP.
