Overview
In this Technical Consultant role, you will drive integration of a cloud-based, microservices wealth-management platform for financial clients. You’ll work within a 20-person technical consulting team to translate client needs into practical solutions and, when needed, contribute to development. The position offers a path toward architecture or development management, with strong training support and exposure to fintech scale. You will engage clients, run workshops, and shape how the product fits client environments.

- Lead or participate in business and technology workshops with clients
- Map requirements to current product capabilities and propose gaps/solutions
- Develop functionalities when required to meet client objectives
- Assist in integrating software into client environments
- Demonstrate product usage to clients to improve adoption and outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Support architectural discussions and future-proofing of the platform
- 8+ years of full-stack experience as a Senior Developer
- Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
- UI experience with React, Ember, JavaScript or HTML
- FIX protocol experience
- Cloud experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Relational and NoSQL databases
- Messaging with RabbitMQ
- Repository tool Bitbucket
- Knowledge of design patterns and integration techniques
- Experience with Helm Charts would be highly regarded
- Driven and client-facing
- Strong workshop facilitation and communication
