Responsibilities
- drive project delivery from planning to completion
- administer contracts and manage commercial aspects
- lead project teams and coordinate construction sequences
- ensure programmes are delivered with high precision and minimal delays
- travel to European sites with hybrid working flexibility
- coordinate across cross-functional teams to mitigate risk and optimize scheduling
Key requirements
- senior project manager or contract manager with strong construction background
- data-centre experience is advantageous, especially liquid cooling or technically complex MEP environments
- understanding of how construction works and ability to translate plans into delivery
- willingness to travel across Europe
