Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Contract Payroll Analyst for the Oil and Gas Sector. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will process multi-provincial, multi-cycle payroll and support regulatory filing. The position requires six to ten years of payroll experience, in-house payroll proficiency, and strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for Canadian employees and expatriates
• Support regulatory filings and year-end activities
• Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare payroll reports and year-end tax forms
• Protect sensitive employee information and provide guidance

Requirements:

• Six to ten years of payroll experience
• Professional payroll certification is highly desirable
• Experience with multi-provincial, multi-cycle payroll processing
• Knowledge of federal, provincial, and local regulations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and large ERP payroll experience
