Contract Performance & Data Integrity Lead

Biffa is seeking a Contract Support Manager to act as the contract’s business analyst and performance assurance lead. You will ensure data integrity, manage performance reporting frameworks and support compliance activities across functions and clients.

Working with operational managers and central teams, you will provide analysis and reports that drive decision-making and help meet contractual objectives while supporting continuous improvement and risk management.
