Overview

In this role you will lead the design and development of control systems for a market-leading global engineering business. You will act as a technical authority across projects from design through to manufacture and commissioning, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams. You’ll tackle challenging control solutions and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. This is a highly autonomous position with a clear impact on product quality and project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Design control panels, electrical schematics and control system solutions
  • Produce specifications, BOMs, sequences of operation and technical documentation
  • Manage engineering changes, design revisions and documentation
  • Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, NPI and continuous improvement projects
Key requirements
  • Background in building services or industrial control systems
  • Experience with electrical schematics, control panels, PLCs and HMIs
  • Degree qualified in Electrical, Controls, Automation Engineering or similar
