In this position, you will contribute to the timely and accurate preparation of net asset values across a diverse range of investment funds. You will apply a solid understanding of accounting principles applicable to various fund structures, while supporting operational efficiency initiatives and maintaining effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Job Duties

Reporting to a team manager within the fund administration function, the Controller will help ensure the accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery of NAV-related processes.

• Support accurate and timely execution of fund accounting, NAV production, and related operational processes across various fund structures.
• Review and support the accuracy of NAV calculations.
• Assist management with NAV review and validation activities.
• Monitor production workflows to help ensure timely completion and issue resolution.
• Contribute to quality control, approval, risk management, and compliance activities.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and support matters requiring subject matter expertise.
• Document, review, and improve procedures related to fund accounting and operational controls.
• Maintain strong knowledge of NAV calculation, review practices, and fund accounting processes.
• Participate in recurring team discussions and operational meetings.
