Responsibilities

• Review and approve monthly financial statements and analyze financial performance.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of financial information.
• Oversee internal controls and accounting documentation.
• Lead and support the accounting team while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Participate in external audits and special projects, including acquisitions and property integrations.
• Act as a financial business partner to operations and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 15+ years of accounting experience, including team management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Experience with Hopem is an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative leadership style and ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
