Congenial litigation law firm is recruiting for a Controller with law firm experience. Experience with

3E software is a must! Prefer 6+ years experience and degree in accounting; salary 100 to 150k plus bonus. Great firm culture with top firm benefits including medical, dental, vision, transit, 401k, and bonus. Hybrid; Bryant Park/Times Square area

Responsibilities

  • Have ownership of daily accounting duties: General ledger, account reconciliations, A/P, A/R, expense allocation, etc.
  • Handle month-end and year-end closings; provide information for tax preparation
  • Report directly to Management Committee; oversee the Billing/Collections Manager.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business strongly preferred
  • 5 -10+ years of related experience
  • Must have 3E software and law firm accounting experience
