Controller

We're partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organization to find an experienced Controller who has led an entire accounting department.

This is not a siloed role. The Controller will oversee the full accounting operation, including close, financial reporting, GL, AP, AR, internal controls, compliance, systems, audit, and ASC 842 lease accounting .

The strongest fit will bring:

• 10 to 15+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Previous Controller-level experience
• Leadership of a complete accounting department
• Strong ASC 842 knowledge
• Experience in a $100M+ small to mid-sized organization
• Experience leading external xhqgsiq audits
• Multi-entity or multi-location accounting experience
• A confident, hands-on leadership style
• The ability to pivot quickly in a changing environment
• CPA preferred; MBA is a plus
