I’m working with a publicly traded, rapidly scaling technology company at the forefront of the transition toward cleaner, more reliable energy . They’re looking for a Controller to take meaningful ownership of the accounting function as the business continues to grow. It’s an exciting opportunity for a CPA who enjoys building infrastructure, improving processes, and having a direct impact on a company in a transformative stage of growth.

What You'll Own

• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial close and reporting

• Lead SEC reporting, including 10-K and 10-Q filings

• Maintain and strengthen SOX controls and accounting policies

• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and support complex accounting matters

• Lead ERP implementation and ongoing finance systems improvements

• Manage and develop the accounting/finance team while partnering closely with the CFO

Looking For

• CPA with 10+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience

• Strong Big 4 foundation with experience in both public companies and smaller/growth environments

• Proven SOX and SEC reporting experience — 10-K / 10-Q

• Strong US GAAP knowledge and experience with ERP implementations

• Excellent communication skills and an approachable, collaborative leadership style

• Someone who is comfortable operating hands-on while also building for the future
