This is an opportunity for an accounting leader to take ownership of the accounting function and help improve processes within a growing organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the month-end close and financial reporting process
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
  • Improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting
  • Review reconciliations, accruals, AP/AR, and general ledger activity
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and technology
  • Help develop and strengthen the accounting team

What They’re Looking For

  • Controller or strong Accounting Manager-level experience
  • Strong technical accounting and month-end close experience
  • Proven experience improving accounting processes
  • Experience with technology, automation, or process improvement is a plus.
