Robert Half is supporting a non-profit client located in downtown Chicago (fully on-site 5-days a week). The ideal candidate will have non-profit management experience and familiarity with MIP software.

Responsibilities

• Audit support
• Managing accounting staff and department
• Fiscal reporting and accountability
• Stakeholder interface and outreach
• Budgeting, purchasing, contracts, and tax compliance
• Journal entries

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Certified Public Accountant preferred
• Minimum 10 years of related experience
• MIP software
• Management and supervisory leadership experience
• Knowledge about taxation and proficient in tax preparation software
• Comfortable with cash management, cost accounting, fiscal reporting, and stakeholder outreach
