Our client is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and day-to-day accounting operations while serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. What You'll Do

• Lead the accounting and financial reporting function for a complex, multi-entity organization
• Partner closely with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and business decisions
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Manage external audits and key stakeholder relationships
• Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team
• Support long-term growth through strong financial leadership and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• CPA required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility
• Public accounting foundation strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience leading teams and driving cross-functional initiatives
• Strong systems and process improvement mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
