Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Oversee financial reporting and management reporting activities
• Manage annual audits and coordinate with external auditors
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts
• Prepare financial presentations and reporting for the Board of Directors
• Supervise and develop a team of six accounting professionals

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Experience leading accounting teams and financial operations
