Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + 10% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
• Oversee job costing, WIP reporting, project accounting, and construction accounting functions.
• Manage financial reporting, general ledger activities, reconciliations, and fixed assets.
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide operational insight and financial support to executive leadership.
• Oversee payroll processes, labor allocations, and system integrations.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• Controller-level accounting experience.
• Experience with job costing, WIP reporting, and construction accounting.
• Prior leadership and people management experience.
• Construction software experience preferred.
