GardaWorld’s Controller/Dispatcher serves as the central contact for security operations across multiple sites. You will monitor activities, dispatch guards, respond to incidents, and coordinate timely communication. The position supports clients, field staff, emergency services, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security operations across assigned sites continuously
• Dispatch personnel to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and requests
• Respond professionally to client, employee, and public calls
• Communicate with guards, supervisors, responders, and management
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems

Requirements:

• Authorization to work in Canada
• Valid Alberta Security License
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Availability for twelve-hour rotational shifts
