Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily accounting functions including AP, AR, and GL • Improve job costing and project financial management • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports • Forecast cash flow and project costs effectively • Contribute to budgeting and variance analysis
Requirements: • Proven Controller-level experience in accounting • Strong background in construction and project accounting • Solid financial reporting and cash flow skills • Experienced in improving financial systems • Ability to work autonomously and help build a team
