Key Responsibilities: • Oversee job costing and payroll for U.S. and Canadian operations • Prepare year-end working papers for external coordination • Ensure payroll compliance and respond to regulatory requests • Assist management with cash management and financial reporting • Provide guidance and mentorship to accounting staff
Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years in related project-based accounting • Accounting degree with CPA progress preferred • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Sage 100 • Highly organized with a focus on confidentiality • Collaborative communicator working with management
