Salary

$115,000–$130,000 annually.

Position Overview

This is a senior finance leadership role responsible for maintaining accurate accounting operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and leading internal controls, reporting, and budgeting processes while mentoring an accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage GL, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, inventory, revenue recognition, and job costing.
• Lead monthly/quarterly/year-end close and deliver GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory and tax compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Optimize ERP system (Sage Intacct) for reporting and efficiency.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience with leadership in construction, manufacturing, or services.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, ERP proficiency (Sage Intacct), and process improvement track record.
• Skilled in job costing, long‑term contracts, and financial analysis.
• Effective communicator and collaborative leader.
