Conversational AI Test Automation Engineer

Build and maintain chatbot validation through Python, Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, or similar tools at Tata Consultancy Services. Analyze conversational quality.

As a Quality Engineer SDET, you will test AI, LLM, GenAI, and conversational platforms. Your work covers test automation, API testing, regression validation, and conversation analysis. You will recommend improvements while partnering with developers, AI engineers, and content teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute chatbot test scenarios and cases
• Maintain regression suites for conversational platform validation
• Analyze conversations and recommend quality improvements
• Support UAT, release validation, and production monitoring
• Resolve defects with developers and AI engineers

Requirements:

• Strong QA, SDET, or test automation experience
• Experience with AI, LLM, GenAI, or virtual assistants
• Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts
• Experience using Python, Selenium, Playwright, or PyTest
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
