Overview

As Core Data Product Manager in the CIB Core Data team, you will shape strategic reference data solutions and align data models with business priorities. You’ll collaborate with Product Solutions and Program Management to deliver trusted, high-quality data assets across platforms. You’ll lead stakeholder discussions, translate requirements into actionable data models, and drive adoption of the core data model through onboarding to downstream processing. This is a high-impact role that supports major programs like PRADA and enables data-driven value realization.

Responsibilities
  • Define strategic data models and reference data solutions for adoption across platforms
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with CIB stakeholders
  • Lead stakeholder meetings and present data models and solutions
  • Support adoption of the strategic Core data model from onboarding to downstream processing with cross-functional teams
  • Develop business cases for prioritizing technology builds and participate in budgeting processes
Key requirements
  • Experience delivering technical and/or operational change
  • Knowledge of Core data and client onboarding processes
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to tell a data-driven story
  • Excellent time management and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Knowledge of Commercial & Investment Bank businesses
  • Relationship management, leadership, and influencing skills
  • Experience in Product Management and Agile disciplines
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to translate conceptual data models to logical models with data architects
  • Confident in communicating at all levels
