In this role you will design and implement generative AI systems with an emphasis on agentic capabilities. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration to identify AI opportunities and define requirements, while steering model development and deployment. You will evaluate tools, ensure governance and ethics practices, and mentor junior engineers. This position offers impact by shaping scalable AI architectures and modern AI solutions at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect generative AI solutions with agentic capabilities
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify AI opportunities and define project requirements
- Lead development and deployment of AI models and frameworks
- Evaluate and recommend AI tools and technologies to enhance system performance
- Ensure compliance with best practices in AI ethics and data governance
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Stay updated with trends in generative and agentic AI
Key requirements
- Strong expertise in Generative AI technologies
- Proven experience with Agentic AI frameworks and methodologies
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and data structures
- Experience in designing scalable AI architectures
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in AI architecture and development
