Key Responsibilities: • Create and uphold accounting policies that adhere to best practices • Deliver financial reports and variance analyses to the leadership team • Supervise cash flow management and financial strategies • Collaborate on operational plans and budget formulation • Ensure effective internal controls to mitigate organizational risks
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar field • Chartered Professional Accountant designation is required • Minimum 5-10 years of management experience in finance • Expertise in finance and IT domains necessary • Strong organizational and mentoring abilities
