Salary
$115,000–$130,000 annually.
Position Overview
This is a key leadership role within the corporate finance team, responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, overseeing financial reporting, and supporting audits, while developing and mentoring a team of accounting professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, and month-end close processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting using ERP tools (Sage Intacct).
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA/CMA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in corporate or multi-entity environments.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred), and financial controls.
- Experience with job costing, long-term contracts, and financial planning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
