Insight Global is looking for a a Corporate Actions Associate to join its Asset Servicing team in one of Toronto's top 5 Banks. This role is responsible for the end-to-end processing and management of corporate action events across global markets, with a primary focus on voluntary corporate actions. The successful candidate will work closely with trading desks, operations teams, counterparties, and vendors to ensure accurate processing of complex events while minimizing operational and financial risk.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of Voluntary Corporate Actions experience within a broker-dealer, investment bank, or asset servicing environment, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end corporate action lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of voluntary elections and arbitrage events, including processing elections, entitlements, and managing complex/high-risk corporate action events.
  • Risk and reconciliation expertise, including cash/stock reconciliations, identifying operational risk, maintaining controls, and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment, managing high event volumes, strict market deadlines, and daily interaction with trading desks, operations teams, and external counterparties.
  • Strong analytical and technology skills, including proficiency in Excel and corporate action platforms Additional System Knowledge: BNP Neolink, Global One, FIS XSPRISA, IMatch, Global Frame Work
  • Experience servicing cash Prime Brokerage clients
