We’re partnering with an established manufacturing organization in London on a search for a commercially minded Corporate Controller.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity combining controllership, FP&A, operational finance, and business analytics . The role will work closely with senior leadership and operations to provide financial insight and support business performance.

The Opportunity

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Drive FP&A, financial modelling, KPI reporting, and dashboards
• Partner with operations on job costing, profitability, margins, inventory, and cost management
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• Improve financial processes, systems, reporting, and automation
• Lead and develop the finance team
• Act as a key financial partner to senior leadership

Ideal Profile

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Previous Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior finance leadership experience
• CPA preferred
• Strong technical accounting and FP&A experience
• Manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or project-based experience preferredStrong analytical and commercial mindset
• Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting experience
• Comfortable working closely with both leadership and operations
