Corporate Controller Financial Reporting

Lead consolidated financial reporting and modeling as a Corporate Controller in Stoney Creek, supporting residential and commercial real estate operations.

This full-time, permanent Corporate Controller role leads finance activities across multiple legal entities. You will partner with the VP of Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. The position also oversees controls, audits, analysis, and accounting team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across legal entities
• Oversee intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliations
• Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
• Maintain controls and standardize accounting reporting processes
• Lead audits and manage accounting professionals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or ACCA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 3–5 years in consolidated financial reporting
• ASPE and Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
