Key Responsibilities: • Oversee accounting, reporting, and control for multiple entities • Analyze production variances alongside plant leadership • Provide insights for margin management and decision-making • Strengthen financial policies and internal controls • Mentor and lead the accounting team across locations
Requirements: • CPA designation required • 8 to 12 years of finance experience needed • Strong technical accounting knowledge essential • Must have manufacturing or operational environment experience • Proficiency in large ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics
