In this pivotal role, you will help deliver data initiatives that support Schroders' strategic transformation. You’ll govern and integrate data across core systems to enable trustworthy reporting and insights. Working with business and tech stakeholders, you will contribute to a centralized data model and improve data quality to drive informed decisions. You’ll collaborate across a virtual network to deliver impactful data solutions that underpin key business outcomes. This is a data-centric, change-facing role at the heart of a long-term transformation.

- Support large-scale change initiatives by translating business needs into data solutions
- Work on multiple programs concurrently with high delivery standards
- Act as SME for Corporate data management, guiding project teams and stakeholders
- Engage senior stakeholders and build effective relationships across the business
- Develop Corporate data products and services usable across domains
- Identify, document and maintain Corporate master data and golden sources
- Champion data management, governance and analytics best practices
- Support data quality controls, governance frameworks and standards across Corporate domains
- Monitor data quality trends and drive remediation and automation improvements
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance data capabilities
- Proven data analysis and delivery experience in large, regulated organisations
- Strong knowledge of data integration, modelling, data quality and governance
- Ability to work across multiple large projects with senior stakeholders
- Understanding of regulatory data requirements
- Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics or Computer Science
- Experience in Asset Management or financial services preferred
