Kraken is seeking an Associate on our Corporate Development team to lead due diligence across live M&A and growth opportunities, build initial operating models, and produce screening memos. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify value and strategic fit.

You will help manage the venture portfolio, track KPI updates, and support FP&A with cash flow forecasts. Strong financial analysis, storytelling of industry trends, and self-directed work across multiple live transactions
