Corporate Development Associate Toronto

Lead strategic deal analysis for Tenstorrent in hybrid Toronto, using financial modeling and valuation expertise across AI transactions. Work directly with senior stakeholders and external counterparties.

As a Corporate Development Associate, you will evaluate, structure, and execute partnerships and commercial transactions. Your work spans financial statements, market research, valuation analyses, and transaction coordination. You will support fundraising, M&A, licensing, strategic partnerships, and investor relations while collaborating with engineering, product, sales, legal, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build financial models and valuation analyses for strategic decisions
• Analyze filings, projections, market data, and financial statements
• Prepare briefings and presentations for leadership and boards
• Coordinate diligence, data rooms, trackers, and transaction follow-through
• Maintain CRM records and manage deal communications

Requirements:

• Clear communication with senior people and external counterparties
• Analytical ability with data, research, and financial information
• Organized approach to managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Interest in AI, semiconductors, and data center markets
• Willingness to travel when transactions require it
