Corporate Technology Product Manager

The Manager, ITS Product Area – Corporate reports to the Director, Product Planning and Delivery. This leadership role manages corporate technology products and applications, maintaining product lifecycle capabilities across MBLL. It connects business partners, technology teams, platform services, delivery partners, and external parties. The manager governs backlogs, requirements, releases, objectives, budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships while supporting enterprise technology alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and feature priorities
• Represent business owners and maintain positive stakeholder engagement
• Govern backlogs, releases, requirements, milestones, and product lifecycles
• Manage employees, contract staff, coaching, evaluations, and succession planning
• Oversee vendors, contracts, budgets, business cases, and escalations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related education and experience
• Minimum nine years’ experience in information technology settings
• Minimum three years’ supervisory or leadership experience
• Knowledge of project delivery methodologies and operational procedures
• Microsoft 365 proficiency and budget management experience
