Corrigo Platform Analyst

As Corrigo Platform Analyst, you will manage, optimize, and support the Corrigo CMMS across facilities and property operations. You act as a bridge between technical systems, operations, and clients to ensure data accuracy and useful reporting. You configure workflows, asset and vendor management, and user access, while handling first-line support and troubleshooting. You generate KPI-focused reports and drive platform improvements and onboarding of new sites for greater efficiency and reliability.

• configure and maintain the Corrigo platform (work orders, asset management, vendor setup, user access)
• troubleshoot system issues and provide first-line end-user support
• generate and analyze reports on work orders, response times, SLA compliance, and KPIs
• collaborate with facilities management to identify process improvements and platform enhancements
• support onboarding of new sites, clients, or vendors
• ensure data integrity and consistency across the system
• l iaise with Corrigo technical support on escalations, upgrades, or integrations

• experience with CMMS or work order management systems (Corrigo preferred)
• strong analytical skills for interpreting operational data
• proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• good communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• background in facilities management, real estate, or property operations advantageous
