Cosmetics Helpdesk & Operations Coordinator

Superdrug is seeking a Cosmetics Helpdesk Operations Coordinator at our East Croydon head office. The role focuses on managing cosmetics queries, coordinating cross-functional communication, and ensuring timely resolution to support stores, suppliers and internal teams.

You will centralise operational support, help execute trading plans and maintain high service standards in a hybrid working environment with two days from home and three days in the office near East Croydon Station.
