Cost Accountant

Insight Global is looking for a skilled cost accountant for a leading manufacturing company to support cost accounting operations within a dynamic, innovative automotive environment. In this role, you’ll focus on cost analysis, BOM accuracy, variance reporting, and support month-end close and financial reporting processes. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive operational and financial performance. This opportunity offers strong exposure to core cost accounting functions and growth within a globally recognized organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years of accounting experience within the manufacturing industry
• Required CPA designation or CPA in progress
• Extensive background in cost accounting and meeting deadlines
• Auditing interaction
• Experience in data analysis, cost tracking tools, and working with BOMs, routings, and large datasets

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience working with PowerBI, SQL, Hyperion, Power Ledger, GSD system and TraX
