Cost Analyst

ICF seeks a Federal Budget Coordinator / Cost Analyst to oversee budgeting, cost reporting, and financial controls for federally funded programs. You will coordinate with USPS leadership, finance, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

The role requires preparing budgets across multiple funding sources, applying GAAP, supporting monthly closes, and delivering reports to leadership and government clients.
