In this role you will deliver evidence-based, data-driven commercial insights to improve affordability, predictability and performance across major infrastructure programmes. You’ll embed within client organisations or work across multiple clients, contributing to cost benchmarking and data governance. The position supports decision-making across the asset lifecycle and collaborates with Digital, Data and Innovation teams to promote best practices. This is a meaningful opportunity to influence infrastructure cost outcomes at scale.

- Develop, maintain and evolve infrastructure cost benchmarks across sectors
- Analyse cost performance across assets, programmes and portfolios
- Identify key cost drivers, trends and systemic variances
- Assist with gathering and sharing estimating data
- Support automated capture, standardisation and governance of cost data across infrastructure programmes
- Work closely with Digital, Data and Innovation teams
- Support development and promotion of good practice within Turner & Townsend
- Assist in achieving departmental objectives
- Stay abreast of developments in own technical area to provide best-practice advice
- Experience in infrastructure cost management, cost intelligence, benchmarking or data analytics
- Background in consultancy, client-side infrastructure organisations or major contractors preferred
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Economics, Construction Management, Data Analytics or similar
- Progress towards or membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS) desirable
- Cost data management and analytics
- Benchmarking and data analytics on large/complex programmes
- Data governance and standardisation across programmes
- Commercial awareness of infrastructure markets
