CPA Licensed FP&A Senior Analyst

Supporting financial planning and strategic analysis efforts, the hybrid CPA Licensed FP&A Senior Analyst will execute budgeting and forecasting processes, perform variance analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial insights and reporting. Key responsibilities Execute budgeting and forecasting processes, including model updates and variance analysis against budget and prior periods Analyze key financial and operational KPIs to provide structured insights and collaborate with stakeholders for data validation Develop and refine financial models to improve accuracy and support strategic objectives across business units Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field CPA qualified with 3+ years of post-qualification experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance Strong financial modeling skills, including budgeting and forecasting Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning/Reporting and NetSuite Advanced Excel skills for building financial models to support decision-making
