Overview

In this role you help deliver Creatio-based CRM/BPM solutions for iconic brands, blending design, technology and process knowledge. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate client needs into effective Creatio solutions and contribute to standards and tools within the Creatio ecosystem. You’ll gain from mentorship and grow your Creatio skills while delivering high-quality outcomes. This is a client-facing consulting position that shapes digital transformation through practical, scalable implementations.

• Engage with clients to capture requirements and translate them into Creatio designs
• Build and integrate robust CRM/BPM solutions using no-code/low-code tools
• Contribute to technical design, development, deployment, including coding and APIs for complex needs
• Improve standards, frameworks, and tooling within the Creatio ecosystem
• Collaborate within a diverse digital team and share expertise
• Learn from senior team members and continuously develop Creatio skills

• Practical experience with Creatio implementations (Sales, Service, or Marketing)
• Creatio configuration proficiency (object customization, business process design, UI/UX tweaks) using no-code/low-code tools
• Strong consulting/CRM/BPM implementation experience in client-facing roles
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
