Creative AI Product Director

WPP, based in London, seeks a Director of Product for Creative to lead the creative capability within WPP Open. You will work with Creative, Product, Technology, and Research to prototype, test, and scale AI-enabled workflows that power campaigns.

You will translate briefs into product requirements, guide tool selection, and shape priorities. You will mentor a growing community of creative technologists and build reusable capabilities and templates to accelerate production while preserving craft.
