Creative Technologist AI Accelerator

Apply editorial judgment and AI expertise as a Creative Technologist in Toronto, working hybrid with three in-office days weekly.

This hands-on Creative Technologist role supports the AI Accelerator across creative, editorial, production, design, technology, and operations teams. You will research emerging tools, prototype AI-enabled workflows, and translate technology into practical creative applications. The work spans branded entertainment, social, integrated campaigns, internal initiatives, and innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and scale emerging AI technologies across the business
• Prototype workflows improving creative quality and production efficiency
• Edit branded, social, integrated, and internal content
• Establish best practices for AI-enabled creative workflows
• Lead demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements:

• Four to six-plus years in creative technology or related disciplines
• Professional Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Experience incorporating AI into creative workflows
• Understanding of production pipelines and editorial workflows
• Hybrid Toronto availability, including three weekly office days
