Creator Invoicing Specialist

Viral Nation is seeking an Invoicing Specialist to manage the end-to-end invoicing lifecycle for creators and influencers. You will ensure accuracy, compliance with SOWs, and timely processing through HubSpot.

You will handle invoice receipt, payment verification, ticket submission, payment tracking, and communications with creators and internal campaign teams, while maintaining precise billing records and generating AR reports.
