Credentialing Associate

Managing credentialing workflows, the full-time Credentialing Associate will oversee license renewals, compliance monitoring, and payer enrollments in a remote capacity, ensuring providers remain compliant and active with payers. Key responsibilities Track and manage renewal deadlines for NP, MD, and RN licenses, coordinating submissions with clinical staff Maintain and update CAQH profiles for providers, ensuring accuracy and completeness Handle payer recredentialing cycles and manage documentation for compliance with Medicare and Medicaid requirements Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in healthcare licensing operations or credentialing support preferred High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadline-driven workflows Strong organizational skills for tracking multiple providers across various credentialing cycles Clear communication skills for effective coordination with clinical staff Familiarity with CAQH and clinical licensing management is a plus
